Job Description

Supply Chain Co-Op / Intern

IKO’s Supply Chain Team is committed to enabling our business to successfully optimize demand and supply across our North American network, supporting our company goals and vision of setting the industry standard.

  • Term Length: 4 months (with potential for extension)

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;

  • Assisting in monitoring sales, identifying trends, and tracking forecast accuracy
  • Supporting development of metrics to enhance supply chain decision-making
  • Monitoring plant and network inventory levels and contributing to stocking strategies
  • Analyzing freight costs across North America and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Supporting development of supply chain models and “what-if” scenario planning
  • Assisting with ERP system implementation initiatives
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) presentations
  • Providing general analytical and operational support to the Supply Chain team
  • Performing other duties and projects as assigned

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

🚨 Important: This role is intended for students currently enrolled in a post-graduate or Master’s program. Undergraduate students will not be considered.

  • Currently pursuing (or recently enrolled in) a Master’s or Post-Graduate program in Supply Chain Management or related field

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
