About the Role

Unison is a telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm funded in partnership with Ardian - the global investment house based in Paris with over $150 billion in assets under management. Unison commenced operations in 2003 and today invests in real estate and infrastructure hosting wireless and renewables tenants in the United States and Europe. The Company is expanding rapidly and looking for talented, entrepreneurial team members to grow with us. 


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team in Milan, supporting our data acquisition and optimisation work within the renewable energy sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest and foundational knowledge in renewable energy to gain hands-on experience working with real project data across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and ongoing data quality management
  • Research and validation of renewable energy project information
  • Telephone-based validation of project and stakeholder details
  • Support updates to internal datasets and tracking systems

Ideal Profile

  • Solid understanding of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, biogas and related infrastructure
  • Basic knowledge of how energy or infrastructure projects are structured, including planning and permitting processes
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
  • Comfortable conducting research and phone-based validation work
