Join our Team as an Energy Systems Engineering Co-Op!
The Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Energy System Engineering Co-Op to join our team this Fall 2026! This co-op offers hands-on experience in energy systems where you’ll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into interactions between the power system and industrial truck. You’ll collaborate with the the energy solutions team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working as an entry-level engineer with an assigned mentor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Applying mechanical, electrical, and software engineering concepts to energy systems.
- Specifying and communicating design requirements through functional/technical specifications, block diagrams, and visual documentation.
- Designing and executing test plans to qualify, validate, and characterize energy systems and components.
- Analyzing data using spreadsheets, databases, and programming tools.
- Performing calculations related to energy and power consumption.
What We’re Looking For:
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Academic Year: Junior or above
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Available for onsite assignment in our Greene, NY and Binghamton, NY locations (will travel between both locations) from August or September through December 2026.

What You’ll Get in Return:
Wage - $20.00 & up per hour. per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s educational year, degree, and experience.
