As the Ticket Sales & Service Graduate Associate, you will learn the core proficiencies of ticket sales, assisting with member and prospecting events, managing processes, identifying and researching best practices, helping with the Pistons Member Benefits platform, and other duties as assigned throughout our full season!

What you'll be doing:
- Represent the Detroit Pistons during events
- Assist with the planning and execution of member and prospecting events
- Support Member and Premium Experience team with member-specific surveys
- Help the Ticket Sales Coordinator with responsibilities such as Pistons Member Benefits fulfillment
- Opportunity to sell new full season memberships, half season memberships, partial plans, group tickets, luxury suites and loge boxes for the Detroit Pistons
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects with our CRM system
- Attending weekly trainings and meetings to develop your career as a sales professional
- Identify and research best practices to improve the fan experience
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required from a college or university in related field (preferred)
- Six months to one year of marketing, sports/entertainment, and/or game presentation
- Ability to be onsite M-F, holidays, weekends, and nights as needed for full program duration
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and display critical thinking skills
- Must be flexible and eager to learn
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to provide your own housing throughout the duration of the internship with reliable transportation to and from The Henry Ford Detroit Pistons Performance Center and Wayne State University Fieldhouse.
