The Intern Admin position is designed to provide hands-on experience in administrative support within a dynamic organizational environment. This internship offers an opportunity to develop organizational, communication, and multitasking skills by engaging in scheduling, data entry, and document management. The intern will contribute to maintaining an efficient workflow by coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with basic project support. Ultimately, this role aims to prepare the candidate for future administrative or office management positions by providing practical exposure to professional office practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a high school, college, or university program.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in an administrative or office environment.
