This role is critical to enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening document management practices, and ensuring audit readiness. The intern will work closely with team members to align files with established organizational protocols and improve accessibility across the department. Responsibilities Review, organize, and restructure Elevate client files across shared drives and systems Identify and eliminate duplicate, outdated, or unnecessary documentation Standardize folder structures and file naming conventions in accordance with internal guidelines Ensure accurate categorization and proper placement of all client-related materials Support documentation consistency and audit-readiness efforts Assist with ongoing maintenance and monitoring of file organization standards   Qualifications Current college student  Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Self-motivated and able to work independently within defined processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication and time management skills Interest in banking, financial services, or operations  Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement High level of discretion when handling sensitive client information   The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Leader Bank salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Salary Minimum: 45,760.00 - Salary Max: 47,840.00 The range listed is just one component of Leader Bank’s total compensation package for team members. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, commissions, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
