SAP iXp Intern - User Experience Researcher

6 months

Work Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time internship)

Roles and Responsibilities:

SAP BTP Labs is an R&D group focused on future-oriented solutions that shape the next generation of enterprise software. We design and run user studies to influence the future of SAP's Autonomous Enterprise.  We focus on innovation motivated by user goals and their insights. Education:

Bachelor or Master of Science in Cognitive Science

Eligibility:

Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

Position Requirements:

• Technical Skills: experience in running technical user studies. Both designing studies and the analysis of said user data. 

• Storytelling: with task analysis and persona roles are essential skills. 

• Design Tools: Be proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite and video production. 

• AI & Prototyping: Have experience with AI-related projects and understand rapid prototyping and user-testing best practices.

• Soft Skills: Team players with the ability to present ideas clearly.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 31-56 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
