About this opportunity:

We are looking for motivated students who are eager to build a future career in supply chain and operations through this internship. At CU Korea Supply, you will gain hands-on experience across the end-to-end supply chain—from planning customer commitments to executing real deliveries—while collaborating closely with local CU teams and regional Group Supply (MNEA) functions. You will also gain insight into how regional supply teams work together across markets to drive planning alignment, operational execution, and continuous improvement.

What you will do:

During the internship, you will:

  • Support end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, execution, risk management)
  • Analyze operational data (Excel/SAP/BI tools) to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (planning, logistics, warehouse)
  • Participate in real business discussions to understand decision-making flow
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (process simplification, reporting, analytics)
  • Learn how regional supply functions align across multiple markets (MNEA perspective)
  • Own a small but meaningful project and present results at the end of the program

The skills you bring:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Supply Chain / Operations
    • Business / Economics
    • Data / Analytics or related fields
  • Curious, analytical mindset with willingness to ask “why”
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and openness to learn in a team environment
  • Interest in working in cross‑functional and international contexts
  • Team player with growth mindset and willingness to learn through observation and collaboration
