We are looking for an AI-fluent and highly analytical Intern to support our Business Operations Team serving our core business streams. The successful candidate will drive process efficiency and strategic decision-making through data management and analytics, operational supply chain mapping, and the deployment of innovative AI automation technologies. Strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential to deliver structured operational insights and enhance overall workflow effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence & Data Analysis
Perform comprehensive data analysis on customer, vendor, factory, country, pricing, and quantity datasets to track performance and identify operational trends.
Build, maintain, and refine interactive dashboards and key metrics frameworks to support business reporting.
Run ad-hoc data extractions and synthesize complex data points into actionable insights for leadership.
Market Research & Process Optimization
Conduct external market research to identify industry benchmarks, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
Map current operational workflows and analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to uncover and suggest efficiency improvements.
AI Automation & Innovation
Explore, test, and implement practical AI applications—including AI Chatbots and AI Agents—to support daily team productivity, workflow automation, and serve as internal knowledge assistant.
Requirements:
Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related analytical discipline.
Practical experience or strong proficiency with data visualization and automation software (Tableau, Power BI, and Power Automate).
High comfort level exploring and applying AI technologies (such as Copilot or custom AI agents) to optimize business tasks.
Strong quantitative skills with a clear understanding of end-to-end supply chain business operations.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong critical thinking skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently on research and data projects.
