About this Position

What you´ll do

  • Dispatch and manage tickets for Campus teams, ensuring timely and accurate handling using CRM systems
  • Update and maintain training files, templates, desktop procedures, and contact databases in Excel and Word
  • Organize and assign emails within the group mailbox to ensure prompt action and proper tracking
  • Handle Campus tickets and support system processes, including session creation, course uploads, and curriculum management
  • Assist in monitoring and improving process efficiency by supporting or initiating continuous improvement projects
  • Perform administrative tasks related to learning operations with high attention to detail and timeliness
  • Collaborate with team members through job shadowing and guided training to build technical and operational proficiency 

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related courses
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point) is required
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team and analyze data or information to support decision-making
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes; With analytical skills
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
