- Dispatch and manage tickets for Campus teams, ensuring timely and accurate handling using CRM systems
- Update and maintain training files, templates, desktop procedures, and contact databases in Excel and Word
- Organize and assign emails within the group mailbox to ensure prompt action and proper tracking
- Handle Campus tickets and support system processes, including session creation, course uploads, and curriculum management
- Assist in monitoring and improving process efficiency by supporting or initiating continuous improvement projects
- Perform administrative tasks related to learning operations with high attention to detail and timeliness
- Collaborate with team members through job shadowing and guided training to build technical and operational proficiency
What makes you a good fit
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related courses
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point) is required
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team and analyze data or information to support decision-making
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes; With analytical skills
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
