Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist various departments with daily operations and ongoing projects, which may include research, data analysis, report generation, and presentation preparation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to problem-solving and process improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of new initiatives.
- Learn about banking products, services, and the financial industry landscape in Hong Kong.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different functions and levels.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects efficiently and effectively within given deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential; Mandarin is an advantage.
