About The Company
TKG is the digital partner for market leaders, focused on web, marketing and IT solutions to drive your business forward. We’re committed to supporting our partners with real, measurable results that lead to sales while providing meaningful lives for the people around us. Geoff Karcher founded The Karcher Group in 1997, before most people knew what the internet was. He started in his parents’ basement with a 486 desktop and a desire to provide a more honest experience for companies looking to grow their businesses online. Through enduring relationships and effective results, TKG has continued with steady growth over the past 25 years. Now, with marketing, web and IT services offered throughout Northeast Ohio and beyond, TKG is a family business backed by a deep bench of industry experts. What sets us apart is our focus on partnerships, not projects. We don’t just want to do business with you. We want a seat at your strategic table to understand what success looks like for you. Our fierce focus on integrity means you can expect us to approach business decisions directly and honestly, as if it was our own money on the line. “We don’t care about being the biggest, but we do care about being the best. We want to be the agency that people know they can rely on to get what they need. When businesses are ready to do marketing right, they come here.” - Geoff Karcher, founder and president
