The Position

Gestión global de proyectos relacionados con la instalación, soporte y mantenimiento del software de gestión integral del Tratamiento Anticoagulante Oral (y otros productos POC). El dispositivo informático facilita la gestión integral descentralizada de los pacientes en tratamiento anticoagulante oral, gracias a una aplicación web ágil y flexible (y otros productos POC como CGM y NaPOC Operations. Asimismo facilita la integración de la información con otros sistemas del Área Sanitaria gracias al uso de estándares de comunicación.

 

Responsabilidades:

 

  • Gestión de instalaciones y actualizaciones.
  • Formación al cliente final.
  • Apoyo al cliente en incidencias, dudas, nuevos proyectos, etc.
  • Gestión Documental de los proyectos e instalaciones
  • Gestión de las conexiones de instrumentos.
  • Soporte a la red de ventas

 

Perfil requerido:

  • Ingeniería Técnica o superior de Informática de Sistemas o Telecomunicaciones
  • Inglés Nivel Medio
  • Conocimientos mínimo técnicos de BBDD
  • Conocimientos de sistemas Windows y Linux
  • Persona comunicativa
  • Disponibilidad para viajar (esporádicamente)

 

Perfil Deseado:

 

  • Conocimientos técnicos de BBDD (SQL, MysQL y Oracle)
  • Conocimientos mensajería HL7 y Motor integración Mirth
  • Conocimientos de herramientas de ticketing
