Job Description
Applications for Fragomen’s EMEA Summer Internship 2026 in Poland is now open! We welcome applications from students currently in University.
Dates: 3.08.2026 – 30.09.2026
Location: Warsaw and Krakow – we can only consider you for one office location and there will be an opportunity for you to disclose your preference.
Eligibility:
This internship is aimed at students studying at university level.
You must be available for the full 2-month programme.
You will need to commute to the office on a regular basis.
You must have a sufficient Right to Work in Poland.
We do not expect any prior legal experience!
About Fragomen’s EMEA Internship:
Fragomen’s EMEA Internship Programme is in its 5th year! We are thrilled to welcome another talented cohort of students.
Our summer internships will offer you invaluable insight into Fragomen’s business and culture. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside our immigration professionals and collaborate on very real client-based work. This is a great opportunity to expand your immigration knowledge and gain experience in a global organisation to support your future career.
You can also expect exciting projects, 1-1 mentoring, as well as valuable skills training on employability to name a few.
About you:
We welcome applicants who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about immigration and global mobility. If you’re ready to take the first step in your professional journey and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities may include:
Supporting the team with case preparation and document collection for immigration applications.
Assisting in reviewing and organising client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Updating internal systems and databases with case information in a timely manner.
Conducting basic research on immigration processes and requirements.
Preparing draft communications and correspondence under supervision.
Supporting administrative tasks related to case management and office operations.
Collaborating with team members on ongoing projects and process improvements.
You’ll also:
Be able to complete any projects or tasks within the agreed timeframes and in-line with expectations.
Be able to act (independently or as a group) without full-time supervision.
Be able to act professionally throughout the duration of the Internship as a Fragomen ambassador.

You will be invited to participate in an online verbal reasoning assessment and a one-way video interview.
If successful, you will then be invited to an Assessment Day at the office you have applied for.
