About the Role

Job Description:

Fleet Administrative Intern - Part-Time (3 days/week)

Location: Buchanan, NY

Reports to: Director of Fleet and HR

Pay: $17/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail oriented, organized Fleet Administrative Intern to support our fleet operations and administrative team. This position offers hands on experience in logistics, database management, and corporate compliance within a fast-paced environment. It is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in operations, logistics, or business administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with updating and maintaining fleet databases, tracking maintenance schedules, and filing vehicle records.
  • Help monitor vehicle compliance, including registrations, inspections, and safety camera reporting.
  • Audit and organize digital and physical files, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
  • Support the administration of driver safety presentations, training schedules, and compliance records.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; current enrollment in a college business, operations, or related program is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to follow instructions closely and maintain high quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
