About the Role
Work Flexibility: Onsite

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Wsparcie w wykonywaniu napraw sprzętu Stryker oraz urządzeń klientów zgodnie z wytycznymi przełożonego

  • Przenoszenie sprzętu między strefami naprawy oraz zarządzanie stanami magazynowymi

  • Bieżące reagowanie na zapytania klientów i pracowników wewnętrznych w sposób profesjonalny i efektywny

  • Dokumentacja i raportowanie prac wykonywanych w serwisie

  • Wprowadzanie danych do systemu ERP

  • Przestrzeganie zasad BHP

  • Wspieranie działań na rzecz poprawy jakości usług oraz doskonalenia procesów

  • Chęć rozwiązywania problemów technicznych
