About the role:
As a pharmacy technician candidate, all work will be supervised closely and double checked. Work performed will include tasks such as labelling, packaging that is double checked; kit assembly that is double checked; putting away inventory and other duties as required that are within scope of the unlicensed technician.

What you bring:

  • Graduated from an accredited Pharmacy technician program (CCAPP accredited = Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs)
  • Membership with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, communication and teamwork
  • Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic techniques, pharmaceutical arithmetic, and pharmaceutical terminology
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork
  • Demonstrated individual leadership skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem assessment skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork

What you'll be doing:

  • Demonstrates a commitment to customer service when dealing with patients, colleagues, volunteers and other members of the community and public
