JOB SUMMARY 

  • Prepare written memorandums of law
  • Draft internal and external communications
  • Perform legal research 
  • Work directly with the General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and Corporate Counsel on various legal projects
  • Assist in file and document organization 
  • Perform due diligence functions in connection with real estate acquisitions and financings
  • Attend internal and external meetings 
  • Draft standard corporate forms and documents
  • Review titles, surveys, and zoning repots
  • Assist in litigation preparation
  • Attend hearings
