About the Role

What You'll Do — Across All BUs

  • Take ownership of a defined project or workstream from day one, with clear deliverables and a stakeholder you'll report progress to.
  • Contribute to real team output — your work ships, gets reviewed, and goes into production, marketing campaigns, design systems, or business decisions used by Newegg leaders.
  • Attend team meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional reviews as a full participant — not as an observer.
  • Receive structured feedback from your manager and mentor on a regular cadence, with a mid-point and end-of-program review.
  • Build a portfolio of work you can point to in future interviews — including projects with measurable business impact.

What Success Looks Like — First 90 Days

  • Completed onboarding, met your team, and understand how your BU contributes to Newegg overall.
  • Scoped, kicked off, and made meaningful progress on your primary project, with a clear stakeholder owning the outcome.
  • Built relationships with at least 3 cross-functional partners outside your immediate team.
  • Received your first structured feedback review and have a clear development focus for the remainder of the program.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a graduation date in or before December 2026, OR a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) from a Bachelor's or Master's program.
  • Strong academic foundation in a field relevant to one or more of our BUs (Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Communications, Design, HCI, Business, Economics, Operations, or similar).
  • Able to work on-site in Diamond Bar, CA for the full duration of the program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable asking questions, sharing updates, and giving and receiving feedback.
  • Coachable, organized, and reliable. You take ownership of what's on your plate and follow through.

Preferred

  • Prior internship, part-time role, club leadership, capstone, or personal project relevant to your target BU.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about e-commerce, retail, technology, or consumer brands.
  • Experience working in a team setting where you had to coordinate with people outside your immediate group.
