What we’re looking for:

The Seasonal Facilities & Maintenance Associate supports general building upkeep, repairs, organization, and light construction projects across office, warehouse, and exterior areas. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Assist with minor building repairs and improvements across office and warehouse areas 
  • Support installation and replacement of basic building materials and protective fixtures 
  • Perform light repair work involving surfaces such as walls, doors, and structural elements 
  • Participate in projects that improve safety, durability, and functionality of facility spaces 
  • Support painting and touch-up work in designated warehouse and facility areas 
  • Prepare surfaces as needed for painting or refinishing 
  • Assist with maintaining consistent, clean, and marked facility spaces 
  • Support general cleaning and upkeep of indoor and outdoor facility areas 
  • Help maintain cleanliness in high-traffic operational zones such as aisles, docks, stairwells, and exterior spaces 
  • Assist with removal of debris and light cleanup projects as needed 
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining storage or supply areas 
  • Support inventory counts and general orderliness of designated rooms or spaces 
  • Help relocate and arrange office or warehouse items as needed 
  • Assist with basic facility inspections such as lighting or equipment checks 
  • Report issues or hazards discovered during daily work activities 
  • Support efforts to maintain a safe and functional work environment 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • General maintenance, construction, warehouse, or facilities experience helpful but not required 
  • Ability to use basic tools and follow safety practices 
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job 
  • Ability to complete physical tasks consistently and safely

 

Position Characteristics:

  • Seasonal (60-90 Days), project-based role with varied responsibilities 
  • Work is assigned and prioritized by facility leadership 
  • Requires flexibility, reliability, and willingness to support multiple types of work 
  • Independent execution of tasks once direction is provided 


Work Environment:

  • Industrial warehouse and office-based environment 
  • Regular physical activity including standing, walking, lifting, climbing stairs, and manual handling of materials 
  • Work may include exposure to maintenance-related materials and equipment 
  • Tasks may vary daily depending on facility needs and priorities
