Job Description

Help us tell our story. As part of the marketing team, you’ll shape how Bosch Rexroth connects with customers and partners in Japan and beyond.

What you'll do:

  • Support the development and execution of Bosch Rexroth Japan's digital channel strategy
  • Contribute to online lead generation initiatives across web, search, and social channels
  • Assist in the setup and optimization of marketing automation and lead nurturing processes (using tools like HubSpot)
  • Support digital advertising activities, including Google Ads campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
  • Assist with local event coordination and on-the-ground execution

Qualifications

Upper-Intermediate English required
Upper-Intermediate Japanese preferred

You should...

  • Be able to stay for a minimum of 6 months, preferably up to 12 months
  • Be enrolled at a university throughout the internship period
  • Be willing to work in a hybrid environment (office and home office)
  • Be flexible, motivated, and eager to live and work in a different culture

What we’re looking for:

  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership. The scope of your role will grow with your initiative and capabilities.
  • Interest in lead generation, marketing automation, and data-driven marketing
  • Creative mindset and strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
  • Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively in an international environment
  • Experience with websites, CRM systems, Google Analytics, Google Ads, marketing automation tools, or social media analytics is a plus
  • Understanding of the Japanese market and best practices is also a plus

Additional Information

Target Internship Period: September 1st to February 28th. The start date is flexible, provided it is agreed at least three months in advance for visa purposes.

*We offer a very competitive monthly net allowance of 200,000 Yen on a full-time scheme as well as the commuting fee. Housing and flight to Japan are at the responsibility of the Intern. Also you will get a full support for visa application to stay in Japan for the internship. Please note that the full visa process may take up to three months. Furthermore, applicants who intend to have an internship period for 12 months/already hold residence status in Japan will receive a monthly gross allowance.   

****Non-Japanese Nationals (visa requirements):  
Please note that applicants who are not Japanese nationals need to be eligible to obtain the Designated Activities Visa for an internship with Bosch Japan. Therefore, only students who fulfill the following conditions are eligible to apply:
A.) Enrolled student at a university at least 3 months before the internship and during the entire internship period.
B.) Doing the internship will require your university to sign a document confirming that the internship represents a mandatory or strongly recommended part of your university curriculum when applying for your visa.
