About the Role

As an HR Intern, you will support the People Experience (PEX) and Business Partner teams in delivering key HR processes and initiatives. This apprenticeship role offers hands-on exposure to culture, engagement, HR operations, and analytics, while developing practical skills in a dynamic, hybrid work environment based in Santa Fe, Mexico City.
You will collaborate closely with HR professionals and stakeholders, contributing to projects that enhance employee experience, support organizational priorities, and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR activities. This is a fixed-term, part-time opportunity designed to complement your university studies while building a strong foundation in Human Resources.

What You Will Do

  • People Experience Support: Assist the Business Partner and People Experience Director teams with ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Organizational Communication: Support internal communication activities and culture-related programs.
  • HR Reporting & KPIs: Prepare and maintain Excel-based HR reports and key performance indicators.
  • Learning & Development: Support training coordination, development plans, and onboarding activities.
  • HR Systems Administration: Assist with Workday administration and data maintenance.
  • Employee Services: Provide support to employee services, onboarding processes, and employee relations groups.
  • Presentations & Documentation: Create presentations and supporting materials for HR initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree such as Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Some exposure to administrative, HR, or people-related activities through studies, internships, or projects.
  • Comfortable using Excel and presentation tools; interest in HR systems and reporting is a plus.
  • Creative, proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
