About the Role

Air Liquide Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to support our HR, Communications, and Customer Care teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, contributing to employee engagement, internal communication, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

  • HR Support: Assist with recruitment processes (e.g., scheduling interviews, managing applications), update employee records, support onboarding activities for new hires, and contribute to HR policy documentation.
  • Communications Support: Draft internal communications (e.g., newsletters, intranet articles, announcements), support the organization of internal events, and assist with content creation for various communication channels.
  • Customer Care Support: Respond to basic customer inquiries, escalate complex issues to appropriate teams, contribute to the improvement of customer support processes, and assist with documentation of customer interactions and solutions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the HR, Communications, and Customer Care departments, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Project Assistance: Participate in ad-hoc projects related to HR initiatives, communication campaigns, or customer experience enhancements.
     

Apakah Anda sesuai?

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Demonstrated interest in HR, communications, or customer service.
