Join Maxis as a Maxis Academy Learning and Development Intern and gain hands-on exposure to training operations, learner engagement, and programme coordination within a dynamic corporate learning environment. In this role, you will support the smooth delivery of learning programmes while contributing to initiatives that enhance employee development and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Operations Support: Assist in the day-to-day execution of training programmes, ensuring sessions run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Learner & Participant Communication: Support communication with learners and participants, including scheduling updates, reminders, and general training-related coordination.

  • Food & Logistics Coordination: Help manage logistical arrangements such as training venue setup, materials preparation, catering, and overall session readiness.

  • Cultural & Learning Support: Contribute to fostering a positive learning culture by supporting engagement activities and enhancing the overall learner experience.

  • Administrative & Documentation Tracking: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and programme documentation to support reporting and tracking processes.

Value-Added Project

The intern will have the opportunity to work on a value-added project during their internship. This may include developing a learning video aimed at improving sales capability or contributing to a project focused on enhancing AI adoption within the organisation. This project will provide hands-on experience in learning design, content creation, and innovation in learning delivery.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

  • Interest in Learning & Development: Strong interest in training, employee development, and organisational learning.

  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with learners and stakeholders.

  • Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative and coordination tasks.

  • Mindset: Proactive, willing to learn, and passionate about supporting people development initiatives.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Internship Period

  • We are looking for an intern who can start in July for up to 6 months
