About the Role

Corporate Solutions & Innovation Internship

 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our IT Department and closely support the Corporate Solutions Manager for the Benelux market. This role has a strong focus on functional support: helping business teams use digital solutions effectively, supporting day-to-day issue resolution, and contributing to continuous improvement across key business processes. As part of the Local Benelux and Scandinavia IT team, you will also contribute to local innovation projects, helping translate business needs into practical solutions and supporting the rollout of new tools, processes, and ways of working across our boutiques and offices.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in functional support, digital innovation, and project coordination within a prestigious luxury brand. You will support business stakeholders and users in their day-to-day needs and contribute to local innovation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and user experience. As an intern, you will support and play an active role in enabling a seamless employee and client experience through technology.

 

  • Functional and project support: Support the Corporate Solutions Manager in the coordination and execution of digital and business projects, with a focus on functional support for local teams and continuous improvement of business processes.
  • Coordination & communication: Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (such as Finance, Marketing, E-commerce, PR, and Operations) and external partners, ensuring smooth coordination and clear communication. You will also support local communication initiatives, including the monthly newsletter and improvements to the market SharePoint environment.
  • Documentation & presentation support: Help prepare presentation materials, meeting agendas, user guides, and project documentation to support ongoing initiatives and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
  • Data analysis & reporting: Support the monitoring of project progress, track key metrics, and help prepare reports and insights for the Corporate Solutions Manager. Identify trends and contribute ideas for process and solution improvements.
  • Functional support & troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support to local users across different activities, help analyze issues, coordinate follow-up where needed, and identify opportunities to improve the use of systems and tools.
  • Training & adoption: Help employees across departments adopt new tools and processes by preparing user-friendly guidance, supporting training sessions, and sharing best practices.

 

What you will bring to the team

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of project management principles and business process support.
  • Passion for digital innovation and a keen interest in the luxury industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an interest in digital tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Platform, and Copilot.
  • Affinity with functional support, troubleshooting, and helping users make the best use of digital solutions.
  • Adaptability to support diverse teams and adjust to evolving project requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for project coordination and documentation.
  • Passion for new technologies and AI.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
