Job Description:

A 1-month hands-on internship for candidates looking to build practical experience in commercial contracts management. You will work directly within the Contracts Department, supporting the review, administration, and execution of agreements across aviation, defense, or commercial programs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support review and analysis of contracts, amendments, and commercial agreements
  • Track contract milestones, obligations, and deliverables
  • Prepare contract summaries, risk matrices, and internal briefing notes
  • Coordinate document management and filing across active contracts
  • Draft correspondence and internal stakeholder communication
  • Assist with compliance checks against contract terms and applicable regulations
  • Participate in stakeholders meetings

 

Qualifications

  • Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate in Law, Business, Commerce, or related field
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Prior exposure to contracts or legal documents is a plus, not a requirement
