The Role

The Finance Business Partner Intern position at our Manufacturing Site offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to financial processes supporting production activities. The role provides a strong focus on bridging finance and operations, with particular attention to cost analysis, general accounting, and supplier management impact, including Balance Sheet insights.
You will actively support month-end closing activities and contribute to the analysis of monthly financial performance, helping to provide meaningful insights to drive business decisions.

What you'll be responsible for


• Support daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to help ensure the correctness and efficiency of assigned processes
• Maintain proper documentation in line with company policies and guidelines
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting and operational processes
• Learn and apply accounting principles in a real business environment
• Support the preparation and analysis of monthly financial results and variance analysis vs budget/forecast
• Assist in cost monitoring and tracking (e.g., manufacturing costs, overheads, CAPEX)
• Contribute to business case preparation and investment analysis
• Partner with operations and production teams to understand cost drivers and efficiencies
• Help maintain and improve financial dashboards and KPI reporting
• Support forecasting and budgeting cycles
• Assist in data reconciliation and validation across systems (e.g., SAP, Excel models)

We're looking for someone who

• Has experience in Finance, Accounting or Economics and is eager to apply their knowledge in a manufacturing and business partnering context

• Brings strong analytical skills, with a good understanding of accounting principles, financial data and cost dynamics

• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results

• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation

• Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
