Westmount Realty Capital, LLC is a private Dallas-based owner operator specializing in value-add, opportunistic and core plus investments. For over 40 years, our time-tested and relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate investment has generated superior returns and earned the trust of numerous U.S. and foreign institutional and private capital sources. Westmount has acquired over 45 million square feet of industrial, office, and multifamily assets to date. Recent growth in the firm’s portfolio has prompted the expansion of its acquisitions, asset management, and property management personnel to regional offices in Chicago, Atlanta, Milwaukee, and Orlando. Westmount Realty Capital's Keys to Success: • Identify and capitalize on market inefficiencies, including risk pricing dislocations and “off-market” opportunities; • Creative expertise for successful improvements, leasing, and management solutions; • Target “under the radar” investment opportunities; • Focus on primary markets with strong current and projected job growth, and secondary markets exhibiting long-term trends for job growth and liquidity; • Majority of recent investments have had immediate or near-term cash flow with strong potential for capital appreciation.
