About the Role

 

As a Business Administration Intern, you will support core administrative and order management processes that are critical to business operations. This role offers hands‑on experience in coordination, data management, and cross‑functional collaboration within a corporate environment.

 

Please note: This internship requires a full‑time commitment for a duration of 8 months.

 

 

What will you do?

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer and internal orders from registration through invoicing, including supply coordination and cost allocation
  • Processing incoming orders through back‑office systems, including receiving activities
  • Ensuring all required information is accurately entered and kept up to date in systems
  • Coordinating invoicing and supporting related administrative activities
  • Supporting the Order Manager and Project Manager with day‑to‑day operational tasks
  • Coordinating and following up with manufacturing plants, affiliates, purchasing teams, and external suppliers regarding delivery dates and shipments
  • Collaborating with Accounts Payable and Credit/Collections teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate
  • Performing general administrative duties, such as ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms, and managing maintenance services

    from a degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Are available to commit to a full‑time 8‑month internship
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are well organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrate a self‑starter mindset and are a quick learner
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook; Access)
