About the Role:
The Graduate Assistant Baseball position is designed to support the university's baseball program through a combination of coaching assistance, administrative duties, and player development. Minimum Qualifications:

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a graduate assistant or coaching intern in a collegiate baseball program.

- Experience in recruiting and talent evaluation.
- Background in strength and conditioning training specific to baseball.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the head coach in planning and conducting daily practices, drills, and conditioning sessions.
- Support game-day operations including pre-game preparation, in-game coaching, and post-game analysis.
- Help manage team logistics such as travel arrangements, equipment maintenance, and scheduling.
- Contribute to scouting and recruiting efforts by evaluating prospective student-athletes and maintaining communication with recruits.
- Maintain accurate records of player performance, academic progress, and compliance with NCAA regulations.
- Assist in video analysis and statistical tracking to inform coaching strategies and player development.
- Engage in community outreach and represent the baseball program at university and public events.
