Roles and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and coordinate onsite/offsite meetings, training, and events
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Support logistical arrangements for visitors
  • Coordinate purchases and payments with vendors and submit shopping carts in SRM
  • Issue letters to Maxis for line termination and other ad hoc requests
  • Track and process monthly billings:
    • Corporate SIM cards (Maxis): provide SAP cost center to APs
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Strong team player
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
