What You'll Do:
  • Monitor and ensure the accurate creation, processing, and tracking of customer orders, while proactively identifying and resolving potential order fulfillment issues.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Customer Service, Software Development, Production, Operations, and Country Teams, to support seamless order management processes.
  • Lead and contribute to initiatives that enhance order placement accuracy, operational efficiency, and end-to-end order visibility.
  • Support Order Fulfillment Managers in daily operations and ensure timely revenue recognition through diligent monitoring, reporting, and execution of order management activities.


Who We Are Looking For
  • Graduating student or undergraduate college student in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, with a strategic mindset and strong commitment to delivering on promises.
  • Someone who has 12 or less academic units in the current and upcoming semester.
  • Fast-moving and execution-focused, with the ability to connect operational processes, data insights, and business priorities to drive results.
  • Strong structured thinker who can prioritize effectively, create clarity from complexity, connect the dots across functions, and understand business impact.
  • Analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with numbers to identify issues, uncover insights, and support informed decision-making.
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator, able to work effectively with stakeholders across Customer Service, Production, Operations, Software Development, and Country Teams.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a track record of anticipating potential order fulfillment issues and driving timely resolutions.
  • Demonstrates leadership potential, taking ownership of projects that improve order accuracy, tracking, and process efficiency.
  • Someone who can report onsite for atleast twice a week and can commit for atleast 6-months or more.
