Job Description

You’ll be jumping into the worlds of brand and digital marketing, helping us turn big ideas into clear, actionable tools our properties can actually use. Your mission (and yes, you’ll want to accept it):

  • Translate our brand guidelines into easy, usable playbooks for clusters and properties
  • Work with our social agency to shape scroll-stopping content
  • Dream up a plug-and-play event series that any lyf property can run easily and consistently

Learnings for lyf

You’ll get the inside scoop on how a global lifestyle brand actually works — from strategy to design to a real moment that guests remember for lyf. You’ll also collaborate with different functions including Brand, HR, Operations and Business Development to support the brand’s 2030 ambition.

​Job Responsibilities - lyf skills:

Brand

  • Understanding how a lifestyle brand maintains consistency across regions
  • Converting guidelines into practical, user-friendly playbooks
  • Shaping brand voice and signature experiences

Digital Marketing

  • Content curation and idea development
  • Understanding social media workflows and agency management
  • Reviewing, refining, and evaluating digital campaigns

Project Ownership

  • Concept development for a multi-property event series
  • Structuring ideas into toolkits and implementation guides
  • Presenting concepts clearly to internal stakeholders
  • Support ad hoc projects across the lyf team

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or Social Sciences.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Analytical, self-starter and independent individual that is able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately.
  • Possess excellent writing skills and a team player.
