About the role

Key responsibilities

Actividades principales

  • Apoyo en la ejecución del proceso de onboarding end-to-end para nuevos ingresos (empleados e interns).
  • Seguimiento a actividades de pre-employment (documentación, background checks, validaciones en sistema).
  • Actualización de trackers y dashboards de onboarding (Excel / Power BI básicos).
  • Soporte en la creación y gestión de tickets en sistemas como ServiceNow.
  • Coordinación con áreas clave (TA, HRBP, IT, Payroll) para asegurar cumplimiento de SLA.
  • Apoyo en la preparación de comunicaciones a candidatos (correos de bienvenida, recordatorios, instrucciones).
  • Participación en sesiones de orientación virtual (logística, asistencia y materiales).
  • Validación de documentos y carga en sistemas (SuccessFactors, OpenText u otros).
  • Brindar capacitacion de nuevo ingreso

Qualifications and skills

Requisitos del Perfil

Formación Estudiante activo/a de los últimos semestres de Administración de Empresas, Psicología Organizacional, Recursos Humanos, Gestión Empresarial o Carreras afines.

Conocimientos y habilidades 

  • Organización y atención al detalle.
  • Comunicación efectiva (oral y escrita).
  • Seguimiento y cumplimiento de tareas bajo SLA.
  • Trabajo en equipo y colaboración cross-functional.
  • Proactividad y sentido de urgencia.
  • Manejo básico de herramientas digitales (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Idiomas Inglés intermedio (capacidad de leer y redactar correos y entender instrucciones operativas).
