About the Role

Accountability Statement

Plan, execute, and control CAPEX engineering projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements. Guarantee the integrity, traceability, and compliance of technical documentation across the entire project lifecycle, working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects in accordance with corporate guidelines.Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).Track project performance through KPIs (SPI, CPI, S-curve, milestone achievement, ROI).Identify risks, deviations, and implement mitigation and corrective action plans.Lead project governance routines, including follow-up meetings and stakeholder alignment.Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project execution.Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and internal procedures.Manage technical documentation (drawings, specifications, databooks), ensuring version control, traceability, and approval workflows.Support contracting processes and contract management activities.Prepare management reports and ensure information accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.Support audits and compliance processes related to engineering documentation.

Expertise

Proven experience (10+ years) in Engineering, Maintenance, Processes, or Production in manufacturing environments.Strong background in CAPEX project management and lifecycle execution (from concept to start-up).Experience in multidisciplinary project environments with complex stakeholder structures.Familiarity with supplier and contractor coordination.Experience with structured documentation control systems (EDM/EDMS is a plus).

Knowledge

Project management principles and methodologies (PMBOK, Agile practices).Project planning and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).Cost control, financial tracking, and performance indicators (SPI, CPI, ROI).Risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies.Technical documentation management and corporate governance standards.Engineering standards, industrial processes, and safety regulations (HSES, Process Safety).

Skills

Strong analytical and synthesis capability to process large volumes of information into actionable plans.Effective stakeholder management across technical, operational, and corporate functions.Clear and structured communication (written and verbal).Problem-solving and decision-making ability in complex environments.Organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Proactivity and ownership mindset.
