The challenge

Desde Haier estamos buscando Estudiantes interesados en realizar prácticas en el área de atención al cliente de postventa del Servicio Técnico.

What you will do

FUNCIONES:

  • Procesamiento de cambios de aparatos.
  • Confirmación de disponibilidad de productos.
  • Coordinación de envío del nuevo artículo.
  • Atención al Cliente, responder llamadas, correos y chats (escuchar activamente, comprender la necesidad del cliente, mantener tono cordial y profesional en todo momento), investigar y dar seguimiento hasta su resolución.
  • Gestión de los “retailers” con las devoluciones en el Portal CHS / HART.

REQUISITOS:

  • Estudiantes o recién titulados de formación profesional.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Excel y entorno Microsoft.
  • Mentalidad emprendedora, innovadora y analítica.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y comunicación.
  • Ingles B2. Nivel escrito y hablado con fluidez.
