About the Role

Analysis - bottle washer, lubrication, CIP, OPC

Stock count

Stock ordering

Customer engagement - Clear and frequent communication ​

Receive chemical deliveries
Decant chemicals

Perform Drag tests

Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to day tanks, if necessary.                
Ensure good housekeeping around the chemical dosing area                    
Ensure that chemical labels are intact-replace if damaged                    
Wipe the pump housing with a damp cloth to remove any chemical residue, dust, etc.                    
Keep the surface of the day tanks clean and tidy at all times  

Check water hardness and record results                    
Check the pH of BW Rinse sections and record the results.                    
Check the temperature of bottles at BW discharge and Filler infeed -record results   Conduct label carryover test-record results                    
Conduct caustic carryover test results.                    
Crate washer
Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to day tanks, if necessary                    
Ensure good housekeeping around chemical dosing area                    
Keep the surface of the day tanks clean and tidy at all times, chemical labels intact.

Complete on a daily basis the Operator Task list                     
All actions given to you by the technician or manager are completed given time.  

Check all equipment on a daily basis (ensure spares are kept on site)                    
Attend safety and Diversey meetings                
Highlight concerns to technicians                        
Assist Technicians with stock control in storage areas.                    
Submit relevant paperwork after deliveries to Technicians.    

Receive and handle chemical deliveries onsite.
