The Position

Como Estagiário de Engenharia na área de Customer Experience, você terá a oportunidade única de aplicar seus conhecimentos acadêmicos e técnicos na prática, desenvolvendo-se profissionalmente ao lado de uma equipe de especialistas de campo.

A Oportunidade

  • Você realiza o cadastro de peças e consolida informações essenciais em planilhas de Excel.

  • Você controla e afere instrumentos e ferramentas, gerenciando também modificações e ações preventivas.

  • Você presta suporte diário ao time de especialistas e interage ativamente com a equipe de campo.

  • Você monitora casos de preparação de local (site preparation), instalação e desinstalação de equipamentos.

  • Você fornece suporte on-site aos clientes de sua base, bem como assistência às ferramentas ASA, Online Support e Cobas Link.

Quem é você

  • Você possui uma base de conhecimento técnico/científico na área de engenharia e domina, no mínimo, o nível intermediário do Pacote Office.

  • Você se destaca pelo raciocínio analítico, lógico e focado, e não se importa em lidar com rotinas operacionais de forma atenta e cuidadosa.

  • Você é proativo, tem grande interesse em aprender e busca sempre seu desenvolvimento contínuo.

  • Você cultiva um bom relacionamento interpessoal com todas as áreas e valoriza o trabalho em equipe.

Desejável

  • Você possui conhecimentos de inglês em nível intermediário.
