Internship in Human Resources - Training and Development 26-27 Madrid


JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides support with the tasks and projects of the Human Resources Training and Development team at the Barcelona office, with the opportunity to acquire extensive knowledge of how the HR Department of a large company functions.

 
DUTIES

Support in the department’s administrative tasks:

  • Provides administrative support for the preparation of training courses.
  • Monitors the courses and assists participants with attendance registration.
  • Prepares course reports, attendance certificates, FORCEM certificates, and sends out and follows-up questionnaires.
  • Provides support with any of the projects currently being handled by the team.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education or similar.
  • A student placement agreement through a specific master’s degree in Human Resources desirable.
  • Advanced level of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate level of English (B2)

 

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills; attention to detail.
  • Foresight and proactivity.
  • Motivation to learn and put into practice technical knowledge acquired is highly valued.
