About the Role

LifeMD is seeking a curious, analytical, and customer-obsessed Product Management Intern — Consumer Health & AI Experiences to support the development of innovative healthcare and patient engagement experiences. This role offers hands-on exposure to product strategy, AI-driven healthcare solutions, data analytics, and digital platform innovation in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Clinical Operations, Data Analytics, and Growth teams to help shape meaningful experiences that improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Support product discovery, research, and roadmap initiatives acrosspatient-facing digital experiences
  • Analyze customer behavior, engagement trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to support AI-enabled product experiences and workflow automation initiatives
  • Participate in sprint planning, testing, and product launch activities
  • Conduct competitive and healthcare market research to identify emerging trends in telehealth, AI, and digital health
  • Help measure product performance using analytics and reporting tools

Basic Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and customer experience
  • Interest in AI, machine learning, healthcare technology, and digital platforms
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools, dashboards, or product analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Hourly Pay: $18-$20/hour
