Growth & Capture Internship Program:
The Growth & Capture Internship Program offers students an immersive experience in federal business development, capture management, AI-enabled research, and strategic growth initiatives within the Government Contracting (GovCon) industry. Through hands-on projects and direct collaboration with Tria Federal's Growth team, interns will support active capture efforts, conduct market and competitive intelligence research, and contribute to the development of strategic teaming frameworks that drive business growth and contract wins.
This internship provides the opportunity to strengthen analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to federal contracting, Shipley-based capture methodologies, market intelligence, teaming strategy, and AI-assisted business development workflows.
