About the Role

Description

Apoyar en la implementación de mejoras en el área de empaque mediante la aplicación de metodologías Lean (6S) y análisis ergonómico, con el objetivo de optimizar la productividad, reducir desperdicios y mejorar las condiciones de trabajo del personal.

  

Responsabilidades principales

   

1. Implementación de 6S

  • Realizar diagnóstico del área de empaque (estado actual)
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en: 
    • Orden
    • Limpieza
    • Seguridad
  • Ejecutar actividades: 
    • Red tagging
    • Organización de estaciones
    • Gestión visual
  • Documentar y estandarizar prácticas (trabajo estándar)

 2. Mejora de procesos

  • Analizar flujo de empaque (movimientos, tiempos, layout)
  • Identificar desperdicios (movimiento, transporte, espera)
  • Participar en proyectos Kaizen / mejora continua
  • Apoyar en balanceo de estaciones

 3. Ergonomía en estaciones de trabajo

  • Detectar riesgos ergonómicos: 
    • Posturas forzadas
    • Movimientos repetitivos
    • Manipulación de cargas
  • Proponer mejoras simples: 
    • Alturas de trabajo
    • Ubicación de materiales
    • Reducción de movimientos innecesarios

 4. Análisis de datos

  • Registrar datos de proceso: 
    • Tiempo ciclo
    • Movimientos
    • Distancias
  • Generar reportes en Excel
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores de mejora




Requirements

 Escolaridad

  • Ingeniería Industrial (preferente)
  • Ingeniería en Manufactura / Procesos / Mecánica

Conocimientos técnico

Lean Manufacturing (básico)

  • 5S / 6S (deseable)
  • Estudios de tiempos y movimientos
  • Diagramas de proceso / flujo
  • Excel intermedio

Conocimientos adicionales (plus)

  • Ergonomía básica
  • AutoCAD o diseño de layout
  • Herramientas de mejora continua (5 Why’s, Ishikawa)
