What You'll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same! As our Intern, you'll help support multiple departments and play an important role in our daily operations by:
📞 Answering and routing incoming phone calls
😊 Greeting visitors and creating a welcoming first impression
📬 Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages
📦 Preparing and tracking outgoing shipments through USPS, FedEx, and other carriers
📄 Scanning, organizing, filing, and preparing documents
🏢 Helping keep our lobby and common office areas neat and organized
📁 Reviewing documents for completeness and helping identify missing items
🚚 Assisting with document shipments for investors and internal teams
💻 Supporting various office projects and administrative tasks
✨ Pitching in wherever needed to help the team succeed
What We're Looking For
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent
✔ Some administrative or office experience preferred
✔ Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Friendly and professional communication skills
✔ Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
✔ A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bonus Points If You Have:
⭐ Experience with a multi-line phone system
⭐ Exposure to mortgage lending, banking, or financial services
⭐ Military experience or training that relates to administrative support
