Role Overview
As a Finance Intern in the End-to-End Performance Team, you will support the team in driving visibility, accuracy, and continuous improvement across financial and operational performance processes in the NAM region.
You will work closely with Finance, FP&A, Plant Controllers, and cross-functional stakeholders to help consolidate data, analyze performance trends, support reporting activities, and contribute to process standardization and digital transformation initiatives.
This role is designed for someone who is curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to build a strong foundation in Finance while gaining hands-on exposure to regional operations and transformation projects.

What will you do?
- Support financial and operational reporting activities, helping ensure information is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Assist with data consolidation, validation, and analysis to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support month-end close, forecasting, and planning activities by preparing analysis, tracking inputs, and following up on key deliverables.
- Contribute to end-to-end performance tracking by helping connect financial results, operational drivers, and productivity impacts.
- Partner with team members and stakeholders to gather, organize, and validate information across different processes and sites.
- Help document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support standardization across the End-to-End Performance Team.
- Participate in automation, reporting enhancement, and finance transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and data visibility.
- Prepare clear summaries, dashboards, or working files that help the team translate data into actionable business insights.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Student in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. (Graduation date: Junes 2027 or later) - MUST
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI, SAP, EPM/Tagetik, DFL, or automation tools are a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, or business performance.
- Advanced English.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
