What You Will Do *

• Undertake Operations related projects to enhance Operations Excellence as assigned by Operations Manager and Cell Leaders.
• Assist in reviewing discrepancies and proposing amendments in the operations procedures 
• Explore new digital tool or platforms (e.g PowerBI) to enhance current processes.
• Assist in other duties as required

What You Will Learn

• Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry and Engine Center.
• Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE – Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).
• Opportunity to support the Engine Center to develop project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Gain knowledge in project management and attain problem solving skills

Qualifications We Prefer

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Phython, coding and/or project management knowledge is a plus.
