Descripción del empleo

  • Apoyar en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal.
  • Publicar ofertas laborales en diversas fuentes de reclutamiento.
  • Realizar filtro curricular y screening telefónico.
  • Coordinar entrevistas con candidatos y clientes internos.
  • Dar seguimiento a los procesos de selección y estatus de candidatos.
  • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de candidatos.
  • Realizar soporte a la gestión de selección de personal para incorporaciones y licitaciones.
  • Brindar apoyo en la inducción y onboarding de personal a la compañía.

Requisitos

  • ​​​​​Egresados de las carreras de Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración, Ing. Industrial o afines.
  • Contar con 3 meses de experiencia en reclutamiento y selección (prácticas preprofesionales)
  • Conocimiento de procesos de reclutamiento, entrevistas por competencias y manejo de bolsas laborales.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas profesionales en modalidad híbrida
  • Inglés a nivel intermedio (deseable).
