About the Role

Job Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to live project deliverables across functions (engineering, project management, business development, operations) aligned with Goldwind's global goals;
2. Support cross-border teams with market research, data analysis, document preparation, process coordination and stakeholder communication;
3. Learn wind energy value chain knowledge (turbine tech, project development, market entry, renewable solutions) and apply it to tasks;
4. Collaborate with mentors to track progress, solve problems and align work with project timelines;
5. Join learning sessions, cross-cultural activities and networking events to build industry skills and connections.

Qualifications:
1. Current Bachelor's /Master's student graduating in 2027 or 2028; all majors welcome, engineering/business/international relations preferred;
2. Strong interest in renewable energy, wind power technology and global clean energy transition;
3. Meticulous, self-motivated, with good problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills;
4. Proficient in English (written/verbal) for reading materials and working with international teams; German is a plus for Europe roles;
5. Open to cross-cultural collaboration, adaptable to diverse environments and eager to learn from global professionals.
