YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the AXA Foundation for Human Progress, that supports high‑impact, daring initiatives in Science, Nature, Solidarity, Inclusion & Education, and Art, Culture & Heritage, to strengthen social cohesion and serve the common good, you will support the General Delegate on their missions, working closely with the rest of the Foundation team as well as the other department’s teams and entities. 

 

What You’ll Do (non-exhaustive)

  • Support the General Delegate of the AXA Foundation in all their duties and day-to-day operations: close follow-up of the agenda, focus on priorities, anticipation and preparation of strategic meetings.
  • Plan and coordinate leaderships meetings and team workshops: focus on transversal topics/processes, prepare off-site /seminar for the Foundation team…
  • Prepare or coordinate briefings for all AXA Foundation governance and operational bodies and meetings and support sound decision-making processes.
  • Prepare speeches for external and internal presentations.
  • Strengthen robust relationships with external and internal stakeholders (ELT / CEO Office/MC Executive assist… and execution of their daily ad-hoc requests.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the AXA Foundation team and continue developing relationships based on trust and reliability. Take the pulse of the department on a daily basis.
