About the Role

Marsh Risk, leader di settore nel brokeraggio e nella consulenza per il rischio, è alla ricerca di un Junior Client Advisor da inserire, nel team MMB con sede a Torino. Questa è un’opportunità eccellente per iniziare o sviluppare la tua carriera in un’area specializzata del settore assicurativo.

Il team Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) offre ai clienti un’ampia gamma di servizi di consulenza sui benefit, welfare aziendale, intermediazione assicurativa e soluzioni digitali, tutti pensati per migliorare l’esperienza dei benefici per il bene più prezioso dei clienti: le persone.

Cosa ti aspetta:

  • Identificare e concordare strategie per la gestione dei rischi dei clienti, il finanziamento dei rischi e le esigenze e gli obiettivi assicurativi;

  • Consulenza sui piani di employee benefits: progettare e ottimizzare programmi di welfare aziendale, assicurazioni sanitarie integrative, polizze vita, infortuni e invalidità, piani pensionistici.

  • Coordinamento del processo di renewal: raccolta dati, predisposizione materiali tecnici per il mercato, timing e monitoraggio scadenze.

  • Gestione dei contratti assicurativi, scadenze di portafoglio, invio documentazione ai Clienti e alle compagnie;

  • Redazione e revisione di documentazione contrattuale e tecnica delle polizze (condizioni, specifiche di copertura, certificati).

  • Interfaccia quotidiana con clienti per fornire consulenza e spiegare offerte, raccomandare soluzioni, rispondere a richieste tecniche e gestire richieste di modifica.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea triennale / magistrale in Giurisprudenza, Economia o percorsi affini;

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

  • Buona conoscenza e padronanza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) e dei principali strumenti informatici;

  • Esperienza pregressa in ambito assicurativo sarà considerata un plus
