We are responsible for managing product registration documentation, enabling Fresenius Kabi affiliates worldwide to obtain and maintain registrations for the entire Enteral Nutrition portfolio. In this role, you will support a variety of departmental tasks, processes, and cross-functional projects. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, collaborate closely with international stakeholders, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and globally connected environment alongside your studies.
Your challenge in detail
You will support the handling of legalisation and apostille processes, including the ordering of Free Sales Certificates and labelling assessments
You will manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders
You will provide general documentation and research support
You will update presentations, maintain the statement library, and assist with the organisation and execution of meetings
Your competence is in demand
Current full-time studies in Nutrition, Food Science or a related field
Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international team environment
Preferably experience in handling databases and document management systems, as well as a basic understanding of regulatory requirements and processes
Previous experience in a related field or through internship activities is a plus
